Details
4mil ( 0.1mm) or less 6mil ( 0.15mm) Since this size breaks easily, we recommend using it on boards with copper plating of 18µm or less in thickness and a spindle motor speed higher than 50,000 rpm, and milling speed slower. 8mil (0.2mm) Wherever possible, use this size on boards with copper plating of 18 µm or less in thickness and at slower than normal milling speeds. 12mil (0.3mm) Wherever possible, use this size on boards with copper plating of 18 µm or less in thickness. 20mil ( 0.5mm) This size can be used under normal operating conditions.
